Wonderful Stay!

I really loved the spacious rooms and found them very clean with all the commodities. Breakfast was excellent and offered many choices to start the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly making me feel welcome. I would definitely visit again!
The ceiling led lamp turned on around 3am, and I could not turn it off. It woke me up. I called reception and they sent a technician. He said there was a short circuit somewhere. It caused problems on the whole level, unsettling.

The room was large and well appointed with fantastic interiors and modern décor. Saint Charles apothecary bath products were provided for a luxurious experience. The bathroom floor was heated, a very nice feeling when returning on a cold day.

The hotel provides quick access to the train station. The hotel is a short walk from the station, nice for easy travel to other cities. The location is near a pleasant park across the road that includes a traditional beer garden.

The rooftop bar was gorgeous and offered amazing city views. The breakfast options were vast, with a wide selection of items to choose from each morning.

my room was a beautiful king room. the gym facility is world class, it covers most of one floor of the hotel. the location is great because you have easy access to transportation, especially the nearby train station. breakfast had good, healthy options. i love that.
the hotel seemed understaffed and it consistently took ages to get coffee in the lobby. check in took forever for me. room service dishes weren't picked up for more than 12 hours. the bed was uncomfortable and i had back pain the last two days.

inconsistent serviceforgotten request
The service after check-in was pretty inconsistent. I learned the standard policy meant rooms weren't cleaned daily but every other day. I thought this meant they wouldn't change bedding or towels daily, BUT our room was completely ignored for 36 hours!!! No plates were cleared, there wasn't any turndown service, and coffee or tea wasn't replaced. I called reception requesting at least coffee replacements, yet it was forgotten.
