i found the charge for parking excessive. considering the price point of the hotel, complimentary parking should be included. the extra cost for this amenity was unexpected and inconvenient.

the location was great and close to shops. the staff were friendly! the breakfast was great!! location was close to restaurants too. i had a suite and it was spacious.

as a couple, i was given two single duvet covers! the explanation was 'some people like their own duvet'. i made my bed tidy to leave the room and found it in the same way on my return. we only had a few english-speaking news channels. i fancied a nice relaxing movie after a lot of walking, and ended up watching gladiator ii in german.
