totally awesome hotel!

organic options amazing coffee

i stayed in a superior double room garden view, and it was so relaxing. the garden outside was beautiful!!! the breakfast buffet had tons of fresh, organic options, and the coffee was seriously amazing.

the staff displayed a positive attitude when assisting guests, which i found acceptable.

i was given two single duvet covers, a peculiar choice for a couple. the explanation involved viennese tradition, which i found irrelevant. the hotel could have provided complimentary bus tickets upon arrival instead of at departure.

the room was elegant and spacious. staff were polite and always helpful, readily assisting with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast was lovely, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. i appreciated the thoughtful touches that enhanced my experience.

i found the charge for parking excessive. considering the price point of the hotel, complimentary parking should be included. the extra cost for this amenity was unexpected and inconvenient.

great location friendly staff close restaurants single duvet covers few channels german movie

the location was great and close to shops. the staff were friendly! the breakfast was great!! location was close to restaurants too. i had a suite and it was spacious.

as a couple, i was given two single duvet covers! the explanation was 'some people like their own duvet'. i made my bed tidy to leave the room and found it in the same way on my return. we only had a few english-speaking news channels. i fancied a nice relaxing movie after a lot of walking, and ended up watching gladiator ii in german.
