Inconsistent service MARRED the stay

The hotel bar AREA was nice.
I found the check-in process inefficient. It took a long time , and the staff didn't offer much information. BREAKFAST service was slow. It took over 30 minutes to get a simple order of bacon and potato rosti. The restaurant staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting guests.

The spa facilities were fantastic and made my stay more relaxing.
The breakfast service was slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get a few strips of bacon. The restaurant staff seemed more interested in socializing than serving customers. Our room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon, and trash was not removed, nor were supplies replenished.

really good hotel experience

the hotel had a complimentary room upgrade. little treats were in the room for my birthday, very thoughtful. i found the bed to be comfy. the shower included a heated floor in the bathroom, a feature i found luxurious.

Breakfast included a good selection. Freshly cooked options were available. the restaurant offered high-quality meals at reasonable prices. Its street access is convenient. both the polish and italian restaurants provided excellent dining experiences, i noted.

The pool area was clean, offering a relaxing environment. the gym features several treadmills and stationary bikes. I appreciated its comprehensive equipment. a hotel car service was available for trips to auschwitz, with the driver waiting and bringing us back.

Every staff member was courteous. I appreciated their english proficiency. the concierge and front desk were helpful at all times, providing excellent support. the staff was caring and very helpful. It reminded me of having friends there to assist with everything!

i stayed at a gorgeous hotel. the location is great for exploring. the breakfast always included a huge selection and freshly cooked options. the gym is awesome and super well equipped, a real highlight for me!
the reception staff were less helpful than other hotel staff.
