Service issues affected the stay

The location of the hotel is quite nice.

The service was NOT great. I waited over 30 minutes for drinks by the pool after being told by reception where to order (this order goes straight to reception and not the bar, apparently). This situation was frustrating and really impacted my experience.

i found the staff cute upon arrival. my loft suite included a comfortable king bed. the hotel's location offered convenient access to the marina.

i noticed the minibar fridge was not adequately cold, which impacted my ability to enjoy refreshments in my room properly.

the room was impeccably furnished. i noticed the supplied hair dryer was a dyson. breakfast was very good and the wait staff were excellent!

i stayed at this hotel for one night though the fridge was not working. nobody rang me and i noticed that the $90 had been taken out of my credit card!

delicious options attentive service cute staff

Dinner included very attentive service and delicious options. The breakfast buffet offered many choices.. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. The location provided easy access to the marina. I found the staff very cute and helpful.

The minibar prices seemed a little high.
