clean room helpful staff convenient location accessibility issues heating problem blanket absence
The room was very clean. It was also nicely furnished. The staff was really helpful . The location was convenient with subway and tram stations nearby.
The hotel is not fully accessible. I had to use stairs even after the elevator, carrying luggage. The heating stopped after using the shower for some time. There were no extra blankets available when needed.

the breakfast offered great variety and quality ingredients. the room size exceeded my expectations it was elegantly decorated.
the pillows were a bit too large for my liking although the staff promptly changed them upon request

I loved the spotlessly clean room. It felt so spacious and comfortable! the location was excellent. It's just a few minutes from the underground station. the staff was so helpful. They were accommodating and warm. the breakfast buffet was amazing, it included so many options!

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
unreliable heating system no blankets
The breakfast selection was quite wide and offered decent variety.
The heating system was unreliable. I used the shower and heating stopped, for a while. One night, the room was FREEZING upon my return. The heating only resumed at 1 AM. Getting assistance proved impossible, as no extra blankets were provided!!!
