The room was very clean. It was also nicely furnished. The staff was really helpful . The location was convenient with subway and tram stations nearby.
The hotel is not fully accessible. The heating stopped after using the shower for some time. There were no extra blankets available when needed.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel provided an really good breakfast. I noticed a nice smell in the hotel and in my room.
The shower caused the heating to stop for a while. I returned one night to a freezing room. The heating did not restart until 1 AM. There were no extra blankets available.

I loved the spotlessly clean room. It felt so spacious and comfortable! the location was excellent. It's just a few minutes from the underground station. the staff was so helpful. They were accommodating and warm. the breakfast buffet was amazing, it included so many options!

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

The breakfast selection was quite wide and offered decent variety.
The heating system was unreliable. I used the shower and heating stopped, for a while. One night, the room was FREEZING upon my return. The heating only resumed at 1 AM. Getting assistance proved impossible, as no extra blankets were provided!!!
