i found THE staff to be very friendly and generous. the rooms were exceptionlly very comfy and tidy. i was thankful for the little birthday surprise sent to my room.

check in was A shambles and took 45 minutes. taxi was nowhere to be seen upon arrival. the communal areas of the hotel were always freezing as no heating on.
