smiling staffpeaceful atmospheretasty food

the staff was always smiling and ready to assist. i also appreciated the very clean and peaceful atmosphere. the food was great and i especially enjoyed the orange blossom smell.

the hotel offers no shuttle service which is a pity.

The gardens display amazing flowers and biodiversity. The staff provided really good service, attentive to every detail. The villa was magnificent. Photos cannot capture its true beauty.

The dining room had no air conditioning.

The staff were very attentive. Their service was acceptable.

The bathroom faucet in my Beautiful Suite was loose. This was unacceptable. Stains marked the bathroom wall. I found this off-putting. Water pressure in the bathroom was quite low each morning. This made showering difficult.
