I LOVED how beautiful the grounds are. The buildings were so clean. I REALLY enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the pond and wildlife. We used their bikes and rode the canal IT WAS SO NICE.

The suite outside the main building DOES NOT deserve the name. It should NEVER be a 4 star level, WHATSOEVER. Radiators did not work so we changed our room to one without a jacuzzi. The radiators in the second room did not work EITHER.

I found the room cleanliness unacceptable. cobwebs hung in corners and dust coated surfaces. the bathroom was equally disappointing. I noticed mold in the shower grout. the staff's response to these issues was slow and perfunctory. I expected better attention to detail at this level of hotel.
