it was out of service repeatedly. i had to drag my luggage down the stairs from the second floor, and it was difficult for me.

My check-in was seamless, and the staff was efficient. The room included slippers and a bathrobe. That was nice. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the chef's creative dishes. Breakfast had a rich selection and high-quality preparation.

The minibar had limited options. I expected more variety. I found the acoustics in my room poor, as I could hear neighbors talking. I thought that the swimming pool access had some limitations for families after 7 pm.

I found the grounds and gardens very beautiful and well kept. The staff were friendly and always happy to help (a nice touch!).

The parking organization needs improvement. It was sometimes difficult to find a free space. The breakfast was also a bit crowded, and it was necessary to wait for a free table.
