The location proved excellent for moving around the city, with convenient access to Darling Harbour. The staff was kind. They offered great suggestions for local breakfast spots. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar in my comfy room, a nice perk.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and I couldn't turn it off so the room became quite cold.

the location was convenient to darling harbour. the staff was friendly and helpful , especially with directions to nearby attractions. the mini bar had a selection of drinks and snacks , a nice touch.

the tv had limited channels , a minor inconvenience.

The check-in process was quick. The staff were extra friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location is a short walk from restaurants and attractions.
