The hotel provides chrome cast for personal shows. Staff was very accommodating to all requests. A healthy breakfast included fresh bagels and yogurt. The hotel location allowed easy access to many Surry Hills dining locations even during public holidays.
Air conditioning seemed ineffective. It proved impossible to achieve sufficiently cold air in the room.

the room i got was small. i had trouble finding space for my luggage, it was quite a squeeze. also, the breakfast was pretty basic. just a few pastries and some ham, cheese, and bread, i expected more for the price.

the location just rocked, near transport and cool spots, easy access. breakfast had lots, nice juice and bread. the room felt fresh plus super clean on arrival, really prepared for me!
the air con seemed loud in the room. it was kind of a drag, mostly when i was tryna sleep. the sound was noticeable!

the location was easy to find. the ambience was great. my room was super clean and cosy. the rooftop terrace was lovely.
the air con sometimes went from perfect to arctic. there was internal noise from surrounding guests. the tiny shower head was a bit disappointing! though the parking was expensive.

the staff brought our uber eats directly to our room, which i appreciated. the included breakfast was a nice bonus. i also found the location convenient.
i booked a room with a balcony, but it faced elizabeth street and was noisy. the traffic and trains bothered me, a light sleeper.

The staff members are wonderfully attentive, friendly and helpful. the greeting experience was perfect. It gave our stay the best start. i communicated very well with the gentlemen at the reception. the staff also gave my mum and i flowers for mothers day
