Wonderful and Nice Stay

I received a very warm greeting upon arrival. The team, including Paul, Emma, Olly, and Megan. I had a wonderfully relaxing treatment in the Spa from Emma. The evening meal was amazing (the steak was served on a hot stone!).

The coffee machine in the room was a bit fiddly to use.

The room was very spacious with a comfy bed. I slept well. the wifi worked flawlessly, i could stream videos without buffering. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the pool access was a definite plus, it was refreshing after a day of travel.

i found the breakfast bacon too crunchy. it seemed overcooked and not what i expected given the hotel's rating.

i found a few issues that need attention. the coffee machine in the room was quite awkward to use i would have preferred a kettle. the tv was old with a bad picture and the sound would not go high enough. the gravel parking area made wheeling my suitcase difficult it was quite frustrating
