the staff was cute and helpful, they assisted with transfers and gave great advice. i especially appreciated att, jang, nam, mook, palm, korn, memee and whan. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle to both kata and karon beaches, so getting to the beaches was effortless. i enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar with well-priced lunches and drinks.

the breakfast selection could have been more varied.

The reception staff were friendly, and the tour lady was very helpful. I received assistance with various requests. the staff also provided quick service to resolve issues ensuring my satisfaction. all interactions were smooth and efficient.

The hotel has two pools including a rooftop pool. I found them clean and well kept. there's a gym available, it has adequate equipment for basic workouts. wifi access was consistent and reliable throughout the hotel.

It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach easily accessible. I also found restaurants and coffee shops located nearby. the hotel's location allows for quiet relaxation avoiding noise. it is also convenient for accessing amenities.

the breakfast featured good egg station bread muffins and fresh fruit. live music was provided almost every night until 22:00 in the bar next to the swimming pool. i also found the coffee of good quality.

i enjoyed the on-site dinners and entertainment options. there are three swimming pools and a gym which i used daily. its proximity to the town center bars and restaurants was very convenient. i definitely would stay here again for these reasons.

the public dining area sometimes had an unpleasant smell which was noticeable.

The staff was friendly. the room was a good size, i thought. Breakfast was ok. they brought out a birthday cake at breakfast for my daughter. they noted her birthday from her passport, i believe.

I was charged 1,700 baht for bed sheets that had a mark. another family member had sheets in the same condition. They were not charged. the first photo shows the sheet i was charged for, and the second photo shows my niece's sheet, which did not incur a charge.
