i found the suites to be excellent. the venetian streets, under a domed sky, were well done. it is worth noting that it's not a cheap place, though the quality justifies the cost.

The minibar sensors might result in charges for moving items.

the staff was mostly acceptable.

The room did not have a coffee maker. Water was an added expense. the pool was unsanitary. It included used cups from other guests. luggage assistance was absent. i expected more from this hotel. there were no bellhops to assist us with our luggage on arrival.

the room was clean, that's something.

Check-in was not smooth. The lines were long and confusing. the $50 daily resort fee seemed excessive, especially since the pool towels had holes. i also noticed duplicate stores and pushy salespeople in the canal shoppes.

our room was huge. the pool area included free chairs and umbrellas. it was so relaxing to be in such an immense space. it made the vacation more enjoyable.

the rooms are showing their age. they also need better lighting. i was assured our room would be ready by 4 pm, but i received no notification and had to call at 4:30 pm.

i liked the easy access to restaurants. casinos were close and easy to get to. the hotel facilities looks beautiful. the venetian canal is great.

the room i had wasn't very clean. amenities wasn't managed well. at the pool there were many empty bowls and glasses.
