i loved the super clean rooms. the hotel has beautifully designed spaces and comfortable features. the service felt warm and genuinely cute. the dining options were excellent.

The lighting design needs improvement. I could not turn on individual lights. the only options were all on or all off.

the hotel grounds were nice the pools were great and the service acceptable

check-in took way too long there was NO free water in the room unless i purchased it for $13 i consider this unacceptable given the price of the stay i also asked for tea making facilities but they do not offer these in the room

The rooms were very clean. And i found a robe! the hotel staff offered helpful and friendly service. the entire hotel shined, i really enjoyed my stay. it is a beautiful hotel and the buffet was delicious

I wish the pool wasn't so crowded. It made it hard to find a spot.
