i found the staff kind and attentive. they met all our needs. breakfast happened every morning (it had a delicious variety). there was cake in the afternoon and a gin bar that featured local gins (i really liked the botanical selection). a driver was available for transport needs (billed separately), and a backup option existed. my friend enjoyed a massage and reported it as fantastic.
my room faced a busy road. i heard street noise. it was manageable with the windows closed. the outdoor communal areas felt somewhat small.

The staff was helpful. They let me leave my car and kept an eye on it. My room was clean. Snacks were available every day including cake.
My room faced a busy road, I had to keep windows closed to manage noise. There was little in the way of a view. The bed was extra firm.
