Decent Stay, Some Issues

The beautiful riverside bungalow featured a veranda. It had comfortable sofas right on the river's edge. That was nice. Wildlife was abundant, including kingfishers and mountain goats. The hotel provided free bicycles. I cycled to Tam Coc and back.

The walls seemed thin. I heard everything. I could hear families with small children next door. It was like we were staying in one shared room. I also noticed some noise at night from dogs barking.

the staff helped us organize a boat tour. it was very efficient. the location is beautiful. it had what we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful too.

the noise from neighboring properties echoes. dogs barked at night. the hotel has little noise insulation.

the hotel staff were helpful (i did need help several times).

The noise was a real issue. There were loud dogs barking at night. noise insulation was minimal, i was told. the restaurant food was mediocre at best, so i ended up eating elsewhere most of the time.
