tasty breakfast friendly staff

The location was convenient to an event. Staff were friendly. They accommodated our requests efficiently. We ate at the hotel restaurant each evening, the food was AMAZING!!! Tasty breakfast was included. The freshly cooked options satisfied the whole family.

The tv did not work properly in the room.

The location provided easy access to the Glenlivet Estate event. Staff members assisted with requests promptly. The hotel restaurant offered fresh options for all family members, and we dined there both evenings. A tasty breakfast was included each morning of our stay.

faulty plumbing weak shower

the tv in the room never worked. i tried everything, but no signal. the plumbing definitely need some attention as well. the shower was weak and made strange noises. it reminded me of it was the original plumbing from when this old building was first constructed.

pleasant stay with great service

mobile heater comfortable bed

i found really good hospitality upon arrival the staff brought in a mobile heater to warm the room quickly i enjoyed a delicious indian dinner at the hotel's restaurant later the room was spacious the bed felt very comfortable.

the tv in my room did not work this was quite disappointing because i wanted to relax and watch something in the evening i hope this gets fixed it is a significant oversight in an otherwise good room.
