riverside patio comfortable bed great burger river view

The room had a lovely patio area overlooking the river. I enjoyed the very comfortable, large bed. The pub offered a great burger. It was really delicious! The location next to the river provided nice views.

The furniture outside was rusty.

spacious room complimentary wine river location

i found the room was spacious. it includes complimentary white wine and water. the crisp bedding and fluffy white towels were provided. the location is great, right by the river. i like the view.

sadly, there werent any biscuits in the room.

friendly staff spacious room canal view

i found the staff very friendly. they took me straight to my room, it was clean and quite spacious. the room faced a canal, i felt very peaceful when i sat on the balcony drinking tea one morning. robes were provided, so i felt right at home.

sadly, the room didn't include bottled water.

cold room uncomfortable beds

the location near the river was acceptable.

the room was very cold since the radiators weren't working. they provided a heater, but it barely made a difference. plus, i found the beds weren't comfortable at all!

dirty carpet broken fascia

The staff were helpful. That was acceptable.

the carpet was dirty, i hated that. there were also stains on the wall, i did not use the shower because it seemed uncleaned. the room needed painting, and the fascia around the shower was broken.
