the staff was amazingly friendly. the room was very nice and was excellent. i found good value for money, though breakfast was also very nice.
It was misleading in the advertisement, and i did not enjoy the disturbance.

The hotel is slightly off the main street. It is a welcome break from crowds, but it still has shopping nearby and is very close to the main road! the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the location was very central, so it was easy to walk everywhere i needed. i appreciated the lovely bakery attached to the hotel. during summer, the outdoor garden bar was also a nice feature. my room had a beautiful view of the matterhorn from the terrace.
