An AMAZING Stay!
restaurant option very nice service complimentary food
The breakfast and restaurant options at the hotel were fantastic. The food was AMAZING!!! Allan from the staff really were really good too provide very nice service. There were nice complimentary extras like food and drink available , I REALLY appreciated it. It reminded me of a little community!!!
The pillows were old and uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well.

lovely stay on thesen island
lagoon views beachy style water pressure
the location had great views of the lagoon and headlands. i appreciated walking distance to many activities. the room was beautifully decorated in a beachy style, a lovely vibe. the shower had great water pressure, which i really appreciated after a long day.
The hotel did not inform us in advance of restaurant closures. This was a problem. the generic pre-stay email gave us no detail, , made alternate arrangements hard.

the front desk staff were helpful and cute upon arrival. concierge dylan provided useful tips regarding the garden route. he was passionate about the local area and recommended activities.

My room had a private terrace facing the lagoon. the decor was beachy-chic. the shower had strong pressure. the room also had a comfortable bed. That was very appreciated.

comfortable bed hotel fridge
the room was very spacious! i enjoyed having a large, comfortable bed. free beers were available in the hotel guest fridge, which i thought was a nice touch.
i noticed a very slight noise from a generator on a neighbouring hotel at times.
