the meal in the colony restaurant was excellent. it was a very pleasant dining experience and the service was prompt. the staff were very attentive to our needs.
the rooms and hallways felt dated and somewhat dirty. i think the hotel needs an upgrade to feel more modern. they supplied only shampoo in the shower and it lacked soap and body wash.

The reception provided service that was superb. The Colony Restaurant provided a excellent meal. The hotel is conveniently close to a shopping mall.. This made it easy to acquire any necessary supplies.
I noticed that the pool required more consistent cleaning and brushing. The sun lounger covers need daily placement to enhance the area's appeal.

the hotel is in the town center, so it was easy to get around.
the air conditioning dripped water all night long, and the carpet smelled of damp. i reported it but they were already in bed so did not walk all the way to reception again to try to have the issue sorted.
