The breakfast buffet provided many options.
The room I was assigned was quite dated. The AC unit began leaking significantly around 10 PM, causing a mess with water all over the floor. Staff suggested fixing it instead of moving me. A duty manager promised to follow up but never did.

I appreciated the hotel's rich heritage, it felt special. Breakfast was AMAZING, especially the dosa! Tapas and amzed were so attentive, they even surprised me with a small cake for my birthday. I found the team courteous.
The ac temperature in my room was not easy to adjust. the setting was somewhat difficult.

Amjad was cheerful and cute at breakfast. Ankesh at reception ensured both check-in and checkout were smooth and efficient. The senior service members went out of their way to introduce me to local delicacies.

The hotel has a large, clean pool. There is also a steam room. The hotel is located a short distance from a metro station. The breakfast buffet has a great selection for EVERY taste.

disorganized check-inbilling confusion
The check-in process lacked organization and efficiency I observed staff confusion with issuing an itemized bill. This inefficiency led to unnecessary delays. The staff member who brought the meal delivered someone else's food too.

it was not first time here. check in works fast. a special thanks to srijita and ashwariya. the staff shows hospitality. vaishnavi at reception was really kind. i liked the service there.
