the staff was attentive, and they promptly addressed all requests. my room included a work desk and ergonomic chair. i had a television with access to international channels.

unparalleled hospitality superior quality genuine effort

i found unparalleled hospitality. the staff showed superior quality in every aspect. they were mindful of dietary needs. staff showed genuine effort in locating a lost item and ensuring its return. the level of attentiveness.

the gym really needs upgrade. i was expecting a more modern facility to match the hotel's overall standards. the equipment seemed a bit outdated.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel provided bottled water in generous quantities. the air conditioning worked very well. the bed was comfortable for sleep after a busy day.

the gym needs some upgrades it felt outdated.
