The room had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The perfect retreat after exploring. opening the windows allowed fresh air inside the room and a beautiful connection with the surroundings. i found the lobby and restaurant had a charming atmosphere! and i spent hours there.
The spa's pool seemed small and didn't appeal to me. It was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.

the breakfast buffet presented many diverse options, including fresh fruit and pastries, though the restaurant was fairly busy most mornings. coffee was available all day in the lobby, and this was much appreciated. the staff maintained the area very well.

The staff displayed friendliness and were helpful with directions and recommendations. check-in was smooth and efficient, however, i noticed some inconsistency in the responsiveness of the front desk staff. the hotel was well maintained. And was clean and tidy.

The rooms were recently remodeled. I liked the coffee station near the reception desk. The hotel provided complimentary toiletries. The location is very close to the Grand Canyon. I am looking forward to my next visit.
