Fantastic stay
cute letter ample space relaxing atmosphere
A cake and a cute letter awaited me in my room, a very pleasant surprise. My room, an executive king suite, offered ample space. Room service was prompt, arriving within minutes of ordering. The indoor pool provided a relaxing atmosphere. The lobby and garden areas created a charming ambiance (i especially liked the flowers).

The hotel features multiple restaurants, providing several dining choices without needing to venture into the city center. The cafe offered tasty options, the restaurant was delicious and the services were amazing.

The executive king suite was spacious and super clean, providing an excellent environment. Bed linens felt fresh and crisp. The bathroom had multiple quality bath products, and the towels were very soft (just what you need).

A Romantic Getaway
really good assistance ample space courtyard garden vegan options
Aliah provided really good assistance during check-in. My room provided ample space. The decor in the entire hotel was very high-end. I also loved the courtyard garden. I also appreciated the available vegan options during dinner, and the delicious vegan ice cream.
The parking space felt a little limited. This was slightly inconvenient.

The coffee shop offered a great morning latte, and the restaurant features some vegan sides on the dinner menu. A vegan ice cream option was available. I liked this inclusion, and delicious.

Our suite was very large and provided a comfortable dressing room. The bath was equally huge. I found the accommodations super clean. The room offered a beautiful aesthetic and promoted relaxation.

helpful aliah positive attitude easy check kindness broken sink microwave beep no quick fix
Aliah was so helpful at check in. I had trouble checking in online. I did not want to stand in a long line. Aliah turned my annoyance around with her great attitude.
The bathroom sink in the room did not drain. The microwave beeped all the time. Maintenance fixed the sink though they did not fix the microwave. The beeping continued for the whole stay.
