The hotel room was spacious. The rain shower was a welcome surprise. The pool area was well kept. The lagoon view was great from my room.

spacious room separate sinks several choices
This hotel provided a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the spacious room with a great view. The bathroom includes a rainfall shower and separate sinks. Breakfast includes several choices. I appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail.
The gym has limited equipment.

lovely room, helpful staff
spacious room beautiful view high standard helpful chef
The superior room was very spacious and clean. i found the view from the room beautiful, it added to my relaxing stay. the high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel impressed me. the breakfast menu had one dish i particularly enjoyed. The chef even gave me the recipe!
the receptionist didn't follow my instructions completely. i asked for water and tissues, but only received water. also, there was an extra charge for an additional water bottle, which other hotels don't usually do.

the superior room had a small living area. i appreciated the spacious layout. even the extra bed and couch was very comfortable for resting. the room had clean sheets.

i found the staff great and helpful. they are friendly and provided a good service. the reception staff were very polite! they would help call a car and carry my luggage. they helped me with all i needed.

the staff were excellent and accomodating. my premium room lagoon view f&b & beach transfer was spacious and clean. i appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the attention to detail.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in. this created a small queue, which caused a minor inconvenience.

the hotel has a rooftop pool with panoramic views. i also saw a well-equipped fitness center with modern machines. there are several dining options available, each serving different cuisines.

dirty underwear unconcerned staff
A unpleasant incident occurred at the pool. A local woman arrived with a bag. She then began hanging wet, dirty underwear on the loungers. The staff did not seemed concerned by this. I would not be surprised if that underwear was washed in the pool.
