Fantastic villa, perfect service

amazing view good organization great quality

I stayed in the Horizon Water Villa. The views were amazing. The organization upon arrival was good. The food at the buffet offered great quality, and there was a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed dining at the Iru Restaurant.

I noticed there were extra charges for additional services. For example, cooking a fish you catch costs $75 per person, expensive.

The water villa was perfection, it was spacious and modern. the private pool provided unobstructed ocean views right from the bedroom. It made mornings lovely.

seaplane connection early arrival complimentary activities high price dirty island extra services

The planning for the seaplane connection was really good! it was like a well-oiled system and i didn't worry about anything. i had a butler, hnin who was very nice. I arrived earlier than check in time and the team let me sleep in a water villa until mine was ready. lots of complimentary activities occurred throughout the week!

Even though i enjoyed my vacation, there were some issues. they charged twice the standard price for extra services. i think the island is okay, but not the best. I also found the island a bit dirty and seemed unclean.
