Mixed Feelings About the Stay

unresponsive staff limited towels

I was pretty disappointed with a few things. The hotel lobby staff was not very responsive to requests. When I asked for extra towels, I got only one per day, not enough. I also wanted a second room key but never received it despite asking multiple times. These small issues caused misunderstandings and were frustrating.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay

The king suite offered amazing beach views. The room was very spacious. The hotel also arranged transport that was punctual and safe. Mr Kadir welcomed us upon arrival with a friendly smile and shared island activity information.

The breakfast wasn't great. The food seemed to be cooked with excessive oil. I was disappointed with that service.

The hotel is located near shops. It is conveniently located close to the airport. This makes access easy (which is something I appreciate).

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. Tiger, the manager, was always available and ready to assist. I organized a tour through the hotel. All went smoothly and to my satisfaction.
