The room service was prompt. Dining offered delicious meals. The infinity pool and spa facilities were well kept. The location next to Bikini Beach provided easy access. I found it very convenient.

The location was near everything I needed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite good. I especially appreciated the variety of choices.

The noise inside the hotel echoed and was loud. I could hear other guests. The mini fridge in the room barely cooled the water. The food tasted old. I was disappointed in the buffet.

Excellent stay with fantastic staff

I found the hotel location to be directly on the beach. Rooms included cleanliness and comfort. The staff offered excellent service. I enjoyed the excursions. Sanaau provided a reef break tour that I considered the best experience from the trip.

The television did not work properly. The breakfast had little variety. The shower water ran cold each day. The sunbeds are moved each day at 4:00 p.m.

I REALLY liked the professional spa. Housekeepers cleaned the room every morning. It was super clean. They decorated the bed, I told them we were honeymooners. Complimentary coffee and tea were available EVERY day. This hotel is GREAT!!!

I was on the last floor, and at night, a VERY loud motor noise started. When I complained the next day, it took hours for them to come. The staff was reluctant to turn off the motor. They did not offer me another room.
