unprepared staffmissing bed

the night staff seemed a bit lost. they walked us all over the hotel, which has many steps, even though our room was very close to the reception area. it was late, and we were tired after a long trip.. we had requested an extra bed for our daughter, and it was confirmed, but it wasn't there. we were too tired to argue much at that hour.

The gym was quite nice! i found a good selection of equipment, including treadmills and weights. I also appreciated that the room was larger than expected. the free entry to the beach club was a plus, with access to the sea.

the night staff could have been more informed.

Breakfast had excellent choices, i felt that the restaurant head was eager to assist. Lunch at the pool bar was tasty, providing great value and a convenient option for midday meals.
