poor cleaning denied iron
the restaurant offered food better than the town center restaurants. the gym was also handy for workouts.
I requested an iron and was denied. room cleaning was poor. They only made the bed and changed towels. i don't think the floor had been mopped in months, thats unfortunate

dirty floor lack of iron
I was really annoyed by the lack of attention to detail in the room cleaning. they only made the bed and changed towels. The floor was visibly dirty. also, i asked for an iron, but they couldn't provide one. it's frustrating when basic requests aren't met.

I loved the swim-up sharing pool. it was a great way to cool off during the day (a true escape from the sun!). the staff were fantastic too. They were so helpful .
the room cleaning was not the best. the floor did not seem to have been mopped recently (it felt a bit dusty).
