i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel had all the amenities and comfort i needed for my overnight stopover after a long flight. the location allowed a quick trip to the airport. it was a smooth experience.

The breakfast offered a good variety with fresh choices. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating reception staff. They allowed early access to my room. The hotel's location is very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. Food served at the restaurant was fantastic. The room was also very clean with good facilities.

I found just a single channel available in English. The gym was very small!

the room was large with high quality appliances. the lifeguard at the pool was friendly and good at his job. nice communal seating areas were available in a number of places (i found this really convenient).

hot water did not work well . it was difficult to shower properly and staff did not offer much help besides acknowledging the issue. wifi also did not work well.

The front desk was very helpful and made check-in fast. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. I especially appreciated the effective air conditioning and blackout curtains for a restful night.

The hot water was inconsistent. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
