its location was great. A shopping mall and grocery store were conveniently next door, offering anything I might have forgotten. The breakfast was really good, which I appreciated after a long trip. The free gym next door turned out to be a full gym, a SUPER surprise!
I found the area to be noisy. There is a park in front of the hotel. People gathered there almost every evening to dance and play music. it WAS difficult to relax.

i didn't get any confirmation for the taxi i booked i had to find one at the airport and the hotel tried to charge me anyway it was really frustrating

The gym location was odd. It sat outside the hotel itself. i think it was somewhere in the adjacent shopping center. this wasn't clear when i booked. also, i found the breakfast somewhat limited (and i was really looking forward to it).

the ice machine on my floor did not work. it took forever to get ice after i called three times. the gym is located inside the shopping center and shared with others
