great experience

great location executive lounge rooftop deck

the location were excellent. dinning and shopping was great. access to the executive lounge was like a bonus. the dinner at the restaurant were good. rooftop deck include pool with really good views and wonderful sunset.

lovely service modern room really good view

fiorella provided lovely service and made great menu recommendations the hotel's restaurant was very convenient i also appreciated the live band that played great music the room was spacious and modern it had a super comfortable bed the executive lounge access was a real bonus the rooftop deck offered really good views and i enjoyed the wonderful sunset there.

the music from the rooftop bar on the 14th floor was loud it made sleep difficult.

The rooftop bar had live music shows that were great. The hotel is close to the Malecon. It is lovely to walk around. I appreciated the baby alpaca blankets.

empty minibar cold breakfast

the location was fine i suppose you know close to some stuff.

oh boy where do i start. the minibar was as empty as my social calendar like seriously what is the point. breakfast was colder than my ex's heart i think. also there was this charge for a guest visit after 8 pm what a joke it was like i was back in high school with a curfew.
