A Wonderful Stay Near the Airport

punctual shuttle accommodating staff diverse breakfast

The shuttle service to the airport made my early morning departure stress-free, it was quite punctual! i found the staff to be very accommodating, especially with arranging transport, i really appreciated that. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of international foods. It was excellent.

I found the absence of complimentary drinking water in the room slightly inconvenient.

the room included two queen-size beds, comfortable for my family of five. i noticed the room was cleaned every day with fresh linens. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and fluffy towels.

free shuttle late check-out international buffet

I really enjoyed the free, frequent shuttle to both the airport and the tung chung mtr station! mr vishnu stood out. He arranged transport and accommodated my late check-out request. the breakfast buffet impressed me, it offered many international choices. the room was super clean with an elegant, modern design.

I thought a refrigerator should be standard.

The room provided a large window with a great view, perfect for watching planes take off. The space felt clean and spacious. the king-sized bed offered comfortable pillows and a large comforter, ensuring good sleep quality. The air conditioning worked effectively. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were included.

The front desk offered friendly and helpful service, they addressed all queries efficiently. The shuttle service ran every 30 minutes to the metro station. staff members were quick to assist with luggage and directions. The concierge arranged transport quickly.

i appreciated the convenient shuttle service. it runs to the airport and the mtr tung chung station. this saved time and money. the hotel is close to a shopping outlet too.

the front desk staff needs training. they didn't explain hotel facilities. they did not tell me about breakfast inclusions. i was not briefed about the elevators.
