the location is convenient to times square. lee garden shopping areas are also nearby. staff hospitality was kind. cleaning of the room daily was excellent.

excellent location gracious staff lovely lounge

The location near times square proved useful. I found transport, shopping, and various restaurants quite accessible, and the housekeeping was perfect. the staff was always pleasant, gracious, and eager to help, a real plus. i especially liked the club 28 lounge, it was a lovely addition.

the check-in process was a little slow, it was a small inconvenience.

My room offered ample space plus a well-appointed bathroom. It was very convenient. i especially enjoyed having electric curtains, they added a special touch. the curtains open with a simple press of a button.
