mixed experience with some notable issues

poor housekeepingfaulty lights

i was disappointed by a couple of things. the housekeeping wasn't great for the price i paid. our glasses weren't changed during our entire stay of several days. also, we often had to call about lights not working. it wasn't a disaster, but definitely noticeable.

comfortable bedslow check-indisorganized staff

the comfortable bed was acceptable i found that quite nice after long days.

the check-in process was slow i waited nearly an hour the staff seemed disorganized. i also had trouble getting clear answers about resort amenities they often gave conflicting information. this made planning activities frustrating.
