a peaceful haven
buggy service serene atmosphere
i enjoyed the efficient buggy service across the resort. it was quite convenient, especially during warmer parts of the day, and it ensured we could easily access different areas. the adult-only pool provided a serene atmosphere, nice for quiet relaxation..
during my stay, the phone and television in my room were not working. despite notifying the staff, the issue remained unresolved, disrupting the convenience i expected from the hotel.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. there was a variety of both asian and european options available, alongside good coffee. The setting included two very nice breakfast locations, each with really good service.

the proximity to port denarau is a significant advantage. it allows easy access to various tours and dining options. the hotel's expansive grounds also facilitate pleasant walks around the resort.

the breakfast was plentiful and rich in multiple options. it fitted all kinds of dietary needs. melissa from the nuku restaurant and the entire restaurant staff provided excellent customer service attending to everybody's needs during breakfast and lunch..

worn furniture repeated requests
the staff were friendly and willing to assist with our requests.
the condition of the room was subpar. the furniture looked worn and showed signs of age. additionally, obtaining additional towels or coffee pods required repeated requests.
