helpful staff easy parking varied breakfast small spa inconsistent cleaning ineffective air conditioning

the staff was so helpful with directions they knew all the best routes. the parking access made trips into the city easy i felt very secure leaving my car there. breakfast offered so many choices i was able to try new things each morning

the spa was quite small my visit felt rushed. the room cleaning felt inconsistent some days things were missed. the air conditioning wasn't working effectively i felt a bit too warm at night

fantastic experience!

friendly assistance comfortable room pleasant scent

The reception staff was friendly! pedro offered super helpful assistance. the room was both beautiful and comfortable. I felt instantly at home. the hallways even had a good scent, a nice touch.

the location was somewhat lacking restaurants in the immediate vicinity. i found the lack of nearby dining options a bit inconvenient.

the hotel provides good access to the city center by foot. a supermarket is conveniently located nearby. the surrounding area is calm, neat, and clean, and features green parks.

the breakfast had great food with a good variety of choices. i enjoyed the scrambled egg baguette, cheeses, meats, and pastries. the bar area has a couple of tables by reception for drinks.

great recommendation parking availability dusty room clogged bathtub

The front desk staff gave great recommendations for restaurants. Parking was available at a reasonable rate. This helped. The hotel held our baggage when we arrived early. This allowed us to enjoy the city, and I am grateful.

The room was dusty, and the WC was not cleaned properly upon my arrival. Some lights flickered, and some switches did not work. The bathtub was partially clogged, and I noticed this. I also felt there was not enough light in the room.
