The location felt PERFECT, right in the city center with restaurants close. i found the staff very friendly. They assisted me always with joy. my room had clever solutions, maximizing the space beautifully. It was a cocoon of serenity.

the bathroom design was a bit quirky, and i had to walk through the shower area to reach the toilet, unexpected.

The hotel's location was unbeatable. i found myself steps away from fantastic restaurants and key tourist spots. the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day were a real treat. I could relax in the lounge area whenever i wanted a quick refreshment..

upon returning to my room one afternoon, i discovered it had not been serviced. i was informed that no service staff were available at that time and a room change was not possible. while the receptionist provided fresh towels, i had to bring them up myself.

The room lacked servicing one day despite our absence. The receptionist informed me about this issue and that I should have read the service information (but I could not find it anywhere).
