limited options broken coffee machine

the pool was lovely and chilled.

My room overlooked a wall. It was not the view i expected. also, the breakfast buffet had limited options and the coffee machine was out of order for a whole day. i asked for a latte, but the staff said they couldnt make it due to the broken machine

historic charm with shortcomings

I booked an executive suite and thought i would get a decent rate. i later realized they discounted rooms if they were quiet. the food was good, but the pricing policy left me unimpressed. There were not enough staff.

polished wood tranquil pool respectful staff

The building showcases polished wood details throughout, coupled with a serene garden. i appreciated the tranquil pool area located at the back. the staff members were friendly and consistently courteous, attending to my needs promptly. breakfast offered a suitable selection. I had such an enjoyable stay!!!

the furniture and fittings, although in keeping with the style, show some signs of age and could benefit from better maintenance.

The pool area has comfortable loungers available for relaxation. the hotel has an art collection on display in the lobby. It is very interesting. the courtyard provides a quiet escape with plenty of shade.
