fantastic beachside experience

friendly staff sea view spacious room daily cleaning

The staff provided friendly and helpful service. They always greeted us politely. we received an upgrade to a room with a sea view. the room felt large and spacious. It had comfortable beds. daily cleaning kept the room tidy and pleasant.

i experienced some delays receiving replies to messages and i noticed our arrival time was not properly communicated..

Breakfast included many different options daily. i really enjoyed the variety. It suited various dietary needs. the quality of food was consistent and well prepared. the restaurant staff were attentive to guests.

The excursion options available proved great with good prices. service was commendable, especially on the half-day trip. the guides provided really good care. They created lovely videos. the front desk staff were also cute and helpful.

The hotel provided direct beach access with sun beds available all day. its central location allowed an experience of the local vibe. There were many stores nearby. i loved that the hotel allowed a fine sunrise view.

a dreamy escape..

attentive staff fresh linen perfect location

The hotel staff was attentive. Hazel at reception was especially helpful! the room was cleaned daily, linens crisp and fresh. the location is perfect, steps away from the bikini beach. it made enjoying the ocean so easy!!!

the elevator wait could be a little long during peak hours.

mixed experience with some issues

stale smoke buffet quality

i was rather disappointed with the room i initially received. i requested a different room and, while the replacement was better, it still wasn't quite what i expected based on the online photos. also, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired. the food wasn't particularly fresh, and some items seemed to be of low quality.

The staff provided attentive service and seemed genuinely pleased to assist. I noted the warm welcome I received at reception. The breakfast team was efficient. I also appreciated the helpful room attendants. The hotel features excursion options with fair prices and good service. I found the transfer option very convenient. My room included a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. I was happy to find a tea and coffee set, as well as a fridge. Beach towels were available too, a detail I appreciated, it was all neat.

Breakfast included various options, quite excellent. I appreciated the pizza, I found it very tasty. I confirm that the hotel consists of a few hotels, with no impact on food quality.

The hotel benefits from a location directly in front of Bikini Beach. Sun beds and umbrellas are accessible to guests throughout the day. The sea view was lovely for those rooms equipped with a balcony.
