Solid Stay with Great Amenities

This hotel features a wide variety of live music. I took advantage of the spa and games room. I also enjoyed afternoon tea. I reserved the fire pit and found a delicious menu there. The breakfast each morning included plenty of choices and great coffee.
I did not receive prior notice about a 200-euro deposit requirement at check-in, unexpected.

The ocean suite was lovely. Little touches of treats and turn downs were great. The room provided ample space and enhanced the overall experience. High-quality linens also added to the room's comfort.

The location allows easy access to nearby attractions. Local shops also are within a short distance. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town center. This is convenient for exploring the area.

Every member of staff was kind and cute. They consistently were great . Victor at the reception was great and helpful. Dario made my coffee at breakfast every morning very pleasant.

lovely grounds rooftop pool amazing experience
The grounds have lovely maintenance. The main pool and rooftop pool include a bar. Antonio Sousa, the concierge, helped me plan leisure activities. He recommended hidden gems.
The hotel did not inform me about holding the room card against the scanner until it turned green. I figured it out eventually.

great location guest service relaxing atmosphere
The location was great for exploring the area. Transportation access was very easy. Attention to guest service was amazing, and cleanliness was excellent. There was onsite activity, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I felt all my needs were met.
The $5 charge for ice was outrageous.

The gym had multiple treadmills and stationary bikes available. Several restaurants were located in the street below. The hotel had a spa and provided massage services on site.

Staff took luggage on arrival and gave a keycard for private parking. Bags were taken to rooms after check-in. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really good during breakfast service.

my room had a beautiful avenue view. the balcony was spacious. breakfast was amazing!!! they had a massive choice of food. the gym included treadmills, bikes and weights. it was well equipped.
the wifi was patchy.

convenient location ocean view polite staff
The location is very convenient. Excursion pick-up occurs right at the hotel. This made access easy and safe. The room featured a balcony that overlooked the ocean. The breakfast offered multiple options and was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I appreciated the large, quiet, luxurious room.
I was never informed during check-in that you must hold the room card against the scanner until it turns green to operate the elevator.
