This hotel features a wide variety of live music. I took advantage of the spa and games room. I also enjoyed afternoon tea. I reserved the fire pit and found a delicious menu there. The breakfast each morning included plenty of choices and great coffee.

I did not receive prior notice about a 200-euro deposit requirement at check-in, unexpected.

The grounds have lovely maintenance. The main pool and rooftop pool include a bar. Antonio Sousa, the concierge, helped me plan leisure activities. He recommended hidden gems.

The hotel did not inform me about holding the room card against the scanner until it turned green. I figured it out eventually.

The location was great for exploring the area. Transportation access was very easy. Attention to guest service was amazing, and cleanliness was excellent. There was onsite activity, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I felt all my needs were met.

The $5 charge for ice was outrageous.

The location is very convenient. Excursion pick-up occurs right at the hotel. This made access easy and safe. The room featured a balcony that overlooked the ocean.
