The front desk staff exhibited warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm upon my arrival. They assisted with transportation and recommended nearby restaurants. The staff handled every request with kindness. The rooms were spacious, airy, and clean. I enjoyed the abundance of natural light streaming through the large windows, it created a refreshing atmosphere. The modern, well kept facilities ensured a comfortable, seamless stay.

The corridors lights are very dim.

the hotel location proved excellent. its proximity to many attractions and restaurants made exploration very simple. the staff provided clear advice regarding tours, i found the tour prices notably competitive. plus, the hotel arranged convenient pick-up and drop-off transportation.

I did notice some minor wear in the hallways. It didn't greatly affect my stay though.

the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly! we checked in and out twice due to our ha long bay cruise and received a very warm welcome on both occasions. breakfast options was very good! all areas of the hotel are clean and rooms are comfortable.

I saw a big dead spider on the towel, disgusting. I asked for a room change, and they arranged for me to move to another room with a balcony, though the room was quite smelly when i turned on the air conditioning.

My check-in was quick, and the staff handled everything efficiently. The hotel sits near key streets, like Ton Duc Thang, made getting around so easy (what a relief!).

The bathtub was a bit too high for my liking. I would have preferred a shower.
