Acceptable Stay, Noticeable Issues
flooded shower cleaning quality
The staff was helpful in providing directions around the area.
The room I was assigned did not match the pictures online. The shower flooded easily. The cleaning was substandard, impacting my overall comfort negatively.

Central Location and Helpful Staff
helpful staff clean room free upgrade convenient storage
the room was clean. i received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. the staff stored my luggage and provided a space for me to rest in the lobby as i waited for my transportation (thoughtful touch!).
the gym is quite small. it features only one treadmill and a limited selection of weights.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. the staff accommodated my early departure by preparing a takeaway breakfast for me. the dining area had limited seating, so guests sometimes shared tables (it fostered a sense of community!).

tiny room inoperable air conditioning
the staff was helpful. they arranged an emergency visit with a nearby dentist.
the gym was a tiny room. it had one treadmill and a handful of weights. only one person could use it at a time and the air conditioning did not work. the hotel should not include gym in the hotel name with that.
