The hotel was conveniently located near the town center. underground parking provided added security and convenience. the restaurant served high-quality food. I especially appreciated that. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

My room faced the street, and i heard noise from cars and people late at night. the bathroom was quite small. This was an inconvenience. upon arrival, the room had a musty smell, it was not nice. this impacted my initial impression.

check in was quick and easy. the hotel and room was very clean i noticed. dinner in the hotel restaurant was amazing too. the christmas decorations i saw were superb.

there was a lot of noise i could hear in the hall and we could here it all in the room. the room of the kids was very cold it seemed. the breakfast was poor i believe, the hot water was cold so i could not even make a cup of tea.

the location is excellent for exploring the town center. the secure parking nearby was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful .

my room was quite small and lacked a refrigerator for keeping drinks cool. the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, so it was uncomfortable. the bathroom looked rather dated and tired (it could use some updates).
