i found the staff kind and generous. they greeted me with smiles constantly. they even remembered my name from previous years (a really really good touch!).

the air conditioning in my room did not work. the dinner portions were also too large for one person. it made dining quite expensive.

I found the parking very accessible. the interior design impressed me. the rooms provided ample space and cozy pillows. I especially liked the thoughtful guest arrangements. the bathrobes were a very lovely touch. I also found the spa super clean. the warm pool had plenty of room for relaxation. the staff were cute. restaurant waiters provided excellent service.

the breakfast was not good, with not many options at all.

The room was clean, spacious, and quite modern. I also appreciated that the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, so arriving and departing were easy. The sauna and steam rooms were great.

The gym was smaller than I expected, with limited equipment. It only has two treadmills and a single stationary bike, a bit of a letdown.

The outdoor pool features about twenty loungers with a dedicated shaded area for relaxation. Both swimming pools offered a great experience. I found the secure underground garage particularly useful, providing peace of mind .

The shuttle service was convenient and saved me lot of money. The breakfast was amazing, it had lots of variety and the staff were very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms are spacious. I found the housekeeping staff friendly.

The room had two mattresses that separate during the night. The cleaners enter the room even when the card says ,,do not disturb,, so there is no privacy. The interior seemed outdated, and the lights were blinking. I also found the minibar to be empty.
