non-functioning vent broken showerhead

the parking was right next to the hotel , which was helpful.

I WAS disappointed to find a non-functioning vent in the bathroom . After a shower , the room was filled with steam. the bidet was practically unusable, pressed tightly against the wall. the showerhead button was broken , limiting me to only using the overhead shower.

noisy service area limited fruit

i chose a room WHITH a balcony expecting a nice view, but i was given one facing the service area. it was Really noisy with staff activity early in the morning. the coffee at breakfast tasted burnt, and the selection of fresh fruits was limited. the gym was also quite small and lacked basic equipment like a pull-up bar.

missing welcome drink no complimentary water

The free parking at the hotel was acceptable. It provided a convenient place for my car.

The lack of complimentary water in the room was disappointing. Offering some refreshment after a walk from town should be standard. I also found the absence of a welcome drink at check-in surprising (i expected more).

wide food variety necessary amenity new hotel minimal amenity missing shampoo broken socket

the breakfast had a wide variety of food. everything i needed was in the room. the hotel is new and well presented.

the room was basic with minimal amenities. there was no shampoo. plug sockets by the bed did not work.

friendly staff birthday cake perfect location additional charge minimal amenities missing shampoo

The staff was very friendly and helpful I even received a cake for my birthday. The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful.

The spa facilities were said to be included in the price. I was told it was an additional charge when I asked to use them I felt deceived. The room was basic with minimal amenities there was no shampoo and I had to pay for water.
