Our stay turned out to be nice. Every detail was carefully arranged, made our special day extraordinary. Sonal stood out . Her warmth and professionalism were really good. She managed everything efficiently, great to relax and enjoy our celebration. The hotel arranged a complimentary mousse cake for my friend's birthday at short notice.

One staff member at check-in slightly affected our overall experience. The check-in process took too long, and I didn't receive a firm time initially.
