Really good Anniversary Celebration

Our stay turned out to be nice. Every detail was carefully arranged, made our special day extraordinary. Sonal stood out . Her warmth and professionalism were really good. She managed everything efficiently, great to relax and enjoy our celebration. The hotel arranged a complimentary mousse cake for my friend's birthday at short notice.

One staff member at check-in slightly affected our overall experience. The check-in process took too long, and I didn't receive a firm time initially.

I found the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of cuisines. the spa service was perfect! i especially appreciated rojisana's service. It was attentive and efficient.

the hotel's architecture is excellent. the experience was below expectations, though, for a five-star hotel. check-in took over 20 minutes just to get the room key.

The room i got was not up to par. The electric blinds moved slowly and seemed outdated. a waitress at the bar charged me double for drinks. she did this by interpreting my order of "large" drinks as a request for twice the amount i asked for. This felt dishonest.

The staff were so cooperative and helpful . i was happy with anamika from housekeeping. She fulfilled all my requests. aseem and the front desk staff responded quickly to my needs. the staff at kiyan restaurant were kind. I felt well-respected.

The electric blinds were slow to operate. It was a minor inconvenience! but i managed.
